Responsibilities include strategic direction, contract execution and continuous improvement of project management/construction operations.

Nickolas Optis
A graduate of Alfred Technologies. Nickolas joined Dineen Mechanical Contractors, Inc. in 1986 and served as the estimating/project management for five years.

Emmett L. Reilly, LEED GA
Graduated from Canisius College in 1985. Worked for five years at John W. Danforth Company in the Estimating/Project Management Department. He served as President of Dineen Mechanical Contractors, Inc., Rochester, New York from 1989 to 1992.

Kevin G. Reilly
Served as Project Manager since 1982. Attended and successfully completed MCAA Project Management class at University of Texas at Austin. He was formerly a Senior Vice President.

Joined the firm in 1979. Graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Engineering and is a National Environmental Balancing Bureau Supervisor.

Wayne R. Reilly
Joined the firm in 1955. Attended Canisius College and Syracuse University. He is a Director, past President and past CEO/Chairman

A licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York and graduate of the University of Buffalo, Samar joined the firm in 1997 as a Project Manager.  He has managed contracts for Erie County Courthouse, Shenango Valley Water Treatment Plant, and Buffalo Public Schools.
