Vice President and Market Sales Manager

Steve is the Vice President and Market Sales Manager for Eastern New York, responsible for the Capital, North Country and Hudson Valley regions. Steve oversees the design build, energy and service sales division teams for this market.  Steve works closely with each sales division to identify, develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers while maintaining key relationships through outstanding customer satisfaction.

Steve has been active in the Energy Performance Contracting market for over 25 years. While working for some of the leading engineering firms and ESCOs, Steve has taken on the role of energy engineer, account executive, sales manager and business development manager. Formerly, Steve was an Energy Account Executive for Danforth, focusing on developing projects in the Capital Region. Steve uses his experience and relationships forged in the k-12, higher education, municipal and healthcare markets to identify new business opportunities for the company.

Steve attended Roger Williams University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. He also attended Johnson Wales University where he earned his Master of International Business Administration degree. As a former energy engineer and account executive, Steve is an exam Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
