Tim Hortons Now Open at Danforth’s South Park Avenue Facility
Buffalonians will now have a new spot to grab a cup of Tim Hortons coffee. This morning Danforth helped to welcome the first tenant to the retail space at our facility on South Park Avenue. County Executive Mark Poloncarz and Danforth’s CEO/Chairman Kevin “Duke” Reilly participated in the ribbon cutting for the Grand Opening celebration at this new location. The development of the site has been several years in the making, adding even more excitement to this celebration as plans come to fruition.
County Executive Poloncarz commended both companies for leading the way to bring new options to the community in a section of the city which as recently seen tremendous change due to the completion of the Tesla factory. Customers in this new Tim Hortons can enjoy their favorite beverage and a donut while taking in a view of the new factory across the street.
As a part of the celebration, Tim Hortons presented the Roswell Park Cancer Institute with a donation of $5,000. Franchise owner Diana Ulsrud noted that they are proud to be opening this new location and are happy to use the occasion to bring the community together to benefit a worthy organization such as Roswell Park.
