Brian actively builds meaningful relationships with both internal and external customers, going the extra mile to thank them for the opportunity to connect. Anyone who has worked with him experiences his delivery of an industry leading experience. Brian is constantly enthusiastic and supportive of his colleagues and the company. His positive work ethic has affected not only his home office in Rochester but all offices across the state.
