Expertise Article from Danforth’s Energy Division Published on NYSCOSS Website
Recently Danforth’s Energy Engineering Manager Scott Janssen wrote an article on the impacts that COVID – 19 has had on facilities energy usage and energy performance contracts in the k -12 system. In collaboration with our partnership with the New York State Council of School Superintendents (NYSCOSS) Danforth had selected to provide the organization with two expertise articles to share with their audience.
“The entire landscape of facilities functionality has changed and has been impacted by the COVID – 19 pandemic. As we search for solutions to reopen facilities safely, we thought this would be an informative topic to provide some insight into” Janssen said.
This is Danforth’s first article of the two that is published on the NYSCOSS website and will be showcased for the entire month of February.
A second article focusing on a different topic will be published later this year.
