Danforth’s Eric Klaffka Presenting at the 2021 MEP Conference
Danforth’s VDC Manager Eric Klaffka will be presenting at the 2021 MEP Innovation Conference taking place online April 26th through 28th. It is the 6th year that the Mechanical Contractors Association of America is hosting the leading technology conference, which is driven by contractors sharing their solutions with their peers. Klaffka will be presenting with fellow MCAA member Jeff Miller from Harrell Fish Inc. on topics such as Model Viewing for PMs & Aligning VDC with Project Schedule.
The online format has made it possible for all trade associations to participate in the conference; in addition there are more breakout and programming options being offered to participants.
Klaffka has more than 30 years of experience in VDC services and was a pioneer when it came to using VDC/BIM technologies. These technologies included 3-D Laser Scanning that can be done on existing buildings to ensure fabrication can be installed efficiently. Klaffka has been part of the VDC management team for Danforth since 2009.
