Danforth’s Eastern NY Partakes in Holiday Parades
Members from Danforth’s Capital District office helped spread some holiday happiness by participating in two major parades for team building fun and community engagement.
On November 19th, the team participated in the 53rd annual Schenectady Holiday Parade which is widely known as the largest nighttime holiday parade in the Northeast. There were over 100 floats and 15,000 people in attendance.
On December 2nd, the team took part in the Ballston Spa Holiday Parade which is a holiday tradition for many in the area. The yearly parade and tree lighting ceremony is presented by the Ballston Spa Business and Professional Association, a non-profit organization committed to making the village of Ballston Spa a great place to live, work and visit. An added bonus to the festivities -Danforth won the award for “Best Float”.
