Power of Our People Award Recognizes Mitch Rogers
Mitch Rogers, a Project Engineer in the Columbus, Ohio office, received the Power of Our People Award at Danforth’s weekly company meeting.
Mitch was nominated by Jason Strickle for his willingness to consistently go above and beyond his job description.
The initial project assigned to Mitch was work on our first major project at the Ohio State University. This was a challenging project which was made even more complex due to turnover of our field leadership and project management. Throughout the entire project, Mitch was the glue for our team and our customer. He stepped up to provide leadership, support, and continued to build meaningful relationships between Danforth and the Owner. Mitch jumped right in and got the job done and done well!
