LaShawn Williams was honored at a recent company meeting for taking initiative to help streamline shop operations. Williams works out of our Rochester Shop was nominated by Shawn MacDonald, Tool Shop Operator.

LaShawn is a new addition to the team and has dedicated his time to make several process improvements internally, and across all shops. He continuously uses effective communication for coordination and his efforts have not only contributed to improving warehouse operations, but he has also played a significant role in adding efficiencies to numerous job sites that he supports daily.
