Position Summary:

Smooth processes, excellent customer service and teamwork is the key to our success! We are in need of a Customer Service Specialist that has superb organizational skills and a positive attitude to provide industry leading experiences for our customers. Responsibilities include implementing a solid customer service process, providing administrative functions for key accounts, working with administrative staff on customer items and handling office tasks as applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Focus on client retention. Maintain customer satisfaction by providing efficient and courteous service, and frequent site visitations for assigned accounts
  • Act as a liaison between the client and internal departments
  • Identify pull-through work. Quote, present and oversee the execution of the work
  • Generate customer quotes for HVAC repair and replacements including quotes for any subcontractors. Complete all subcontract paperwork
  • Review scope of work for all quoted work with technician for proper execution and margin generation
  • Estimate and order needed equipment, materials and supplies
  • Project Manage work as needed; Keep customer informed on status  Communicate directly with customers, vendors and suppliers to ensure effective & quality of work  Attend site walkthroughs with the sales team. Provide technical assistance for proposal and estimate development
  • Perform customer relations tasks for assigned accounts
  • Participate in investigating and resolving semi-complex problems that arise in the general course of doing business

Qualifications & Training:

  • Associate’s degree in business recommended, or equivalent work experience
  • Administrative leadership or customer service management experience preferred.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments
  • Good computer skills: knowledge of and proficiency in common office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and general software navigation.
  • Excellent customer service skills including effective verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively to create results driven, team oriented environment
