The Procurement Construction Buyer seeks quotes on pricing and availability of materials from a variety of suppliers throughout all JWD operating regions and markets to ensure operational counterparts are adequately supplied with materials and equipment necessary to do their jobs at all times
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned customers while operating as primary point of contact for any and all matters specific to those accounts. This includes but not limited to overseeing account management, contract negotiations and ongoing coordination between customer and any resources needed to meet customers' needs both JWD and outsourced. Assigned accounts will encompass multiple trade offerings and often traverse multiple markets as well, requiring extensive coordination and intermittent travel.
The Helpdesk Technician II is the first point of escalation when an incident or service request is reported by an end user, but an immediate solution cannot be provided. The Level II Technician is responsible for basic-to-intermediate customer issues, such as hardware/software support, configuration issues, and software installs and will escalate to Helpdesk Technician III when necessary.
The Energy Sales Professional is responsible for acquiring new energy solution sales to meet individual targeted, annual growth rate and sales quota for direct to end user sales and indirect to strategic energy service companies.
The Project Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring small negotiated and invitation to bid project sales. The individual will be required to meet individual sales targets and annual growth rate as outlined by management. The sale will be direct to end users, government entities, developers and building operators.
