Todd Follis

As Senior Vice President, Operational Risk Management, Todd is responsible for driving profitability through operational success and sustained growth. He focuses on direct job based leadership, training and mentorship of Project Management, Field, Shop, QA-QC and VDC personnel assets so that they are prepared to succeed in their daily endeavors as part of an integrated operational team.

Todd also carries consistent implementation and compliance for standard operating procedures, mitigation of risk through ongoing continual improvement, standardization and maximization of modular fabrication opportunities. Additionally, Todd oversees the development of integrated execution strategies/tactics, and effective alignment of inter-departmental assets for all projects.

Todd brings a wealth of experience to his role, having worked in the construction industry for the past 27 years. Some of Todd’s major projects with Danforth include GlobalFoundries in Malta, NY, Gates Vascular Institute in Buffalo, NY, Robert H. Jackson US Federal Courthouse in Buffalo, NY, Seneca Allegany Casino in Allegany, NY and Seneca Niagara Casino in Niagara Falls, NY.

Todd received his B.A. from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada and his M. Sc. Ed. From Niagara University. He is also OSHA 30 Hour Certified and has Primavera Engineering and Construction Certification.
