He ensures that these areas of the business are all aligned and performing effectively and efficiently in accordance with the mission and core values of Danforth.

Jerry joined Danforth in 2010 as the Vice President of Client Solutions, focusing on negotiated sales and marketing. During this period, Danforth more than doubled in size and now has a footprint across upstate New York. As the Senior Vice President of Sales, he currently is responsible for order intake in all the regions in which Danforth operates.

Jason is the Senior Vice President of Estimating and is responsible for the oversight of the Estimating Department in its entirety as well as business development. He manages the chief estimator and department personnel to ensure the procurement of projects that align with our company mission.

As Vice President of Preconstruction Planning, Todd focuses on direct job based leadership, training and mentorship of Project Management, Field, Shop, QA-QC and VDC personnel assets so that they are prepared to succeed in their daily endeavors as part of an integrated operational team.

As Danforth’s General Counsel, Wendy is responsible for all legal matters of the company. She takes pride in being a trusted business advisor to her Danforth colleagues. As HR Director, she is responsible for leading all strategic HR initiatives companywide and developing practices and policies that focus on Danforth’s most valued resource, its employee owners.

Steve is the Vice President and Market Sales Manager for Eastern New York, responsible for the Capital, North Country and Hudson Valley regions. Steve oversees the design build, energy and service sales division teams for this market. Steve also works with the estimating department in Eastern New York to identify opportunities and prospective projects for Danforth.

As the Vice President of Eastern New York Operations, Craig leads a region which includes the Capital District, North Country, Hudson Valley and New England. In his role, Craig is responsible for Danforth’s construction operations and performance throughout those regions.
