Nestled into the Finger Lakes Region in New York, this brand new facility includes a large gaming floor with slot machines, poker and other table games, a spa and 205 room hotel, eight onsite restaurants, meeting space facilities and a large theater venue. Danforth was awarded the mechanical contract by Wilmorite for all HVAC work at the site.

The Danforth team was responsible for providing and installing new HVAC equipment as well as both the piping and ductwork to complete the system which provided heating, cooling and ventilation for the whole resort. The project required an array of equipment, including air handling units, heat recovery units, CRAC units for the onsite data center, fan coil units, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, closed circuit fluid cooler among others. Danforth’s fabrication shops completed all ductwork and piping required for the project, allowing for greater control over project cost, project duration and quality control.

Danforth was proud to work on a project that brings over 1,000 jobs to the region and has become a revenue driver for a community that relies on tourism.
