Executive Vice President, Construction Operations
As Executive Vice-President of Construction Operations, Richard DeLotto is a member of Danforth’s leadership team, responsible for overall execution and business results of the construction operations group. Rich works directly with our Regional Vice Presidents and Project Executives to provide leadership, guidance and oversight on all key business/project-related issues and opportunities.
Additionally, Rich coordinates and collaborates with Operations-Risk Management, Pre-Construction and other members of Executive Management to identify opportunities to strengthen the organization through training, implementation of best practices and adoption of technology, along with managing and improving client, industry, and labor relationships to drive industry-leading experiences to our customers every day.
Rich holds a Business, Pre-Law Degree from SUNY Brockport with a minor in Finance, and has completed Project Management Institute courses at The University of Texas at Austin. Rich is the President of a 501c3 non-profit supporting pediatric brain cancer research, and has held or currently holds many industry-specific Board and Trustee positions, including SMACNA Buffalo, SMART JATC, SMART Pension, Annuity & Welfare Funds, SMACNA National Business & Financial Management Committee and the MCAA National Converge Committee.
