Across New York State, Danforth has five physical facility spaces dedicated to piping fabrication. These shops support projects for heating and plumbing systems, refrigeration, process piping and power in the market segments in which Danforth works. We strive to meet the accelerated schedules demanded by today’s market with proper planning, fabrication and quality installations in the field.

Our sheet metal fabrication facilities are located in Buffalo and the Capital Region and allow us to provide cutting, bending, welding, and machining services for virtually all types of metal including galvanized, stainless steel, aluminum or any other sheet metal or light iron from 26 gauge to 1/2″ thick plate. We are committed to meeting all SMACNA Sheet Metal Fabrication standards for ductwork, forming and fabrication.

Danforth offers Specialty Metal Fabrication that serves the industrial, healthcare, and food processing markets. We can produce high quality custom metal material handling, safety, dust control, enclosure applications. Our team is equipped with expert knowledge and state-of-the-art technology to engineer, fabricate, and install virtually all steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloys.

Danforth operates one of the few fabrication facilities of this kind in the northeast. Our stainless steel shop and ISO class 6 cleanroom fabrication space support extremely customized stainless steel fabrication for New York State’s advanced technology manufacturing market, including semiconductor and optics manufacturing industries, specialized healthcare and research facilities. The 17,600 sq. ft. stand-alone facility focuses solely on the cutting, facing, welding, and inspection of stainless steel piping and other high purity tubing systems.
