The Danforth Team returned to Salamanca, NY for Phase V of the Seneca Allegany and Hotel expansion project. The project expanded the hotel with an 11-story addition that includes 201 new hotel rooms and 2.5 floors of mechanical and back of house operations space.

approach

Danforth’s responsibilities included HVAC and plumbing system installation. This was accomplished by utilizing Danforth’s in-house capabilities, which facilitated field installation. By making use of both the pipe and sheet metal fabrication shops, Danforth was able to reduce on-site installation time. Additionally, Danforth installed temperature controls to regulate and monitor the facility.

results

After completion of the work, Danforth performed test and balance work and start-up services to help ensure the owner was receiving a quality product.
